Review project plans, drawings, and scope to ensure proper labor, tools, and materials are allocated for successful execution. Ensure all internal installation teams and sub-contractor teams are trained to ensure ability to perform required installations, including all required certifications such as

OSHA 10, OSHA

30, grommet cuts, and white glove service expectations. Manage MKPS process and documentation requirements. Monitor installer performance and working relationship. Partner with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure alignment of manpower and project schedules. Schedule all manpower to perform projects. Maintain working knowledge of all product lines and installation best practices. Track labor costs and project hours for efficiency and profitability; recommend process improvements to minimize waste and increase productivity. Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement teams to confirm delivery schedules and staging requirements. Request all labor POs for Installation Partners before labor takes place, ensuring Installation Partners have a PO in hand before beginning installation. Receive Time Sheets for all work performed signed and verified by a Workscapes employee and request revised POs to ensure payments are made timely and accurately.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct supervision of installers, subcontractors, and temporary labor. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training support. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and job site standards.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Technical Degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in office furniture installation, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role. Experience managing projects, field teams, and subcontractors.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong understanding of commercial furniture systems and installation practices. Ability to read and interpret floorplans, installation drawings, and technical documentation. Excellent organizational and leadership skills; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or installation tracking systems a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Frequent travel to project sites. Ability to operate hand tools and lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Work may be performed in varying indoor/outdoor environments and occasionally outside normal business hours.
