Supervises directs and coordinates daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by maintenance, grounds, and waterway technicians. Working supervisor that contributes to the success of internal/external preventative maintenance programs and ensures quality and timely performance through follow-up inspection and due diligence. Schedule Details:
Our Maintenance & Engineering department operates 7 days per week. The shift will be varying between 7 am – 11 pm, 8 hours shift with 30 minutes paid breaktime, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Oversees day to day operations and provides guidance and leadership to department team members. Visually inspect, operate, and maintain various guestrooms, common area, maintenance of pools, driveways, bbq areas, athletic playing areas, playgrounds and parking areas and associated mechanical equipment systems throughout the complex. Applying knowledge of building mechanical systems such as, but not limited to, water distribution, fire detection, air conditioning, and swimming pools is required. Scheduling Preventative Maintenance project and daily assignments. Observe routine grounds and pool maintenance needs, set priorities, schedules and makes work assignments. Interpret blueprints and technical manuals for upkeep of building/mechanical areas (e.g. pump rooms) and maintenance tools. Performs various maintenance assignments and performs quality inspections. Monitor, maintain, and test Emergency and Life Safety systems as required to align with local regulatory codes. Other duties as assigned. What are we looking for….
