Job Description
The Facilities Project Representative Senior is a member of the LMCP&FS (LM Corporation Properties and Facilities Services) organization, serving as part of the Facilities Common Systems Team which supports the development and implementation of LMBuildings (IBM TRIRIGA).

Responsibilities for the role include:
  • Supports the implementation of LMBuildings Operations Management (OM) module solutions
  • Supports the implementation of new technical solutions under the guidance of OM Module leadership
  • Support duties such as assisting with the harmonization of internal customer needs; assisting with the development of functional requirements; unit/system testing; and coordination of deployment activities that include data migration, system set-up, training, and post-go-live support
  • Provide general support to the functional organization in the following areas: participation in solution development sessions; review of design documentation; testing support for system acceptance; and solution roll-out
  • Provides requested content to support the on services facilities information management function’s business rhythm such as Weekly Activity Reports, Monthly/Quarterly project reviews (presentation packages), and other similar materials as required
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned to support the on services facilities information management function and the Enterprise Operations Facilities Services (EO FS) function
    Position may require heavy periods of travel with 50% travel as a nominal expectation.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600

  • $143,865.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
