Mixed-Use | Long-Term + Short-Term Rentals The Irlo is a 5-story modern studio property with a mix of long-term residents and short-term Airbnb-style guests. We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee a small crew, and ensure our property stays in top shape.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage maintenance staff (2-3 team members + groundskeeper) Prioritize and complete work orders efficiently (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, etc.) Coordinate daily tasks, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs Maintain common areas: pool, gym, playground, and elevators Oversee vendors and inspect completed work Keep supply rooms organized and stocked Use Buildium and Hostaway systems to manage requests and update logs Report directly to Portfolio Manager and participate in daily team meetings
Who You Are:
Experienced in general maintenance (minimum 3-5 years required) Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a team Comfortable working with online work order systems (we’ll train you) Reliable, respectful, and professional with residents and coworkers Physically able to lift, climb ladders, and work in various Florida weather conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Monday-Friday:
