Full Job Description Director of Maintenance Duties:
  • Oversee and manage all maintenance operations within the organization
  • Responsible for adherence to State and Federal Life Safety regulations
  • Serves as Safety Officer and Security officer
  • Coordinate and use in-house resources for repairs as appropriate
  • Manage TELS reporting system
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in maintenance operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes related to maintenance activities
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and budgeting
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
