Facility Maintenance Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Palm Springs, FL 33406 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of the facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role requires a proactive approach to facility management, ensuring that all systems function efficiently and safely while adhering to regulatory standards. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Lead and coordinate the design, construction, modification, continued performance and maintenance of equipment and machines in industrial plants, and the management and planning of machine maintenance related to the facility Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or repair. Experience 5 years of work experience in the maintenance and operation of a process manufacturing facility and/or Equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with repairs and maintenance of equipment SKILLS Proficient with office computer software (e.g. word processing, email, and spreadsheets) Leadership skills Good verbal and written skills in English and Spanish Flexibility Interpersonal communication skills Able to write incident reports, procedure manuals and training programs Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines
