The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that all landscaping, lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of maintenance workers in landscape maintenance activities. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas. Oversee the proper care of trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth. Conduct regular inspections of grounds to ensure compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute landscaping projects. Train staff on best practices in lawn care, groundskeeping, and equipment use. Maintain inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment; order as necessary. Address any issues or concerns related to landscape aesthetics or maintenance promptly. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and garden management. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments.
