This is a working supervisory position , responsible for both hands-on maintenance duties and the oversight of a small on-site team.

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Lead will supervise one full-time maintenance technician and one part-time janitorial staff member. In addition to daily maintenance responsibilities, this role requires coordination with third-party services vendors including landscaping, pool maintenance, HVAC, and plumbing contractors.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Schedule, assign, and supervise maintenance and janitorial personnel Coordinate and oversee work performed by external vendors and contractors Ensure prompt response to resident work orders and maintenance requests Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supply inventories Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and relevant codes/regulations Full-Time- Monday through Friday. 8:00a to 4:30p on call for emergencies as well.

Pay Rate:

$55k- $60K
