This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as project management capabilities to enhance operational efficiency. Duties Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures. Manage repair and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and quality standards. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage components. Oversee HVAC system maintenance and repairs, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment status. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations. Qualifications Proven experience in a maintenance or similar position. Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage). Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements. Ability to read schematics and utilize tools such as voltmeters for troubleshooting. Excellent project management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality control.
