⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Maintenance Supervisor (Palm Beach) confidential compensation: up to $80,000 doe employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Maintenane Supervisor The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance & upkeep of the following: o Lobbies, common areas, and amenities o Interior & exterior of 2 building, roads and parking lots o Landscaping, roofs and mechanical equipment o Trash Disposal • Reports to GM daily and enforces the Association Rules & Regulations and daily procedures. 8-5 Monday – Friday plus on call for emergencies.
