Maintenance Supervisor:

EPA Certification required for this role at time of hire Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written Overseeing onsite maintenance team Working closely with Property Manager and onsite management team Providing leadership and guidance to foster a productive team environment and achieve property maintenance goals Providing effective training to new maintenance staff members Delivering professional, quality services to residents and responding to service requests in a timely manner Adhering to all applicable codes and standards and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. Providing effective maintenance management throughout all areas of the property Controlling inventory, ordering and delivery of approved supplies and equipment Performing various community maintenance services relating to plumbing repair, appliance repair, minor electrical repairs, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Managing apartment turnover process for efficient resident move-ins Completing all required inspections Establishing effective relationships with vendors and partners to maximize quality of service to residents and meet budgeting objectives Managing staffing schedule to ensure 24/7 emergency coverage The Property – The Point at Royal Palm Beach Class A Property 268 Units Convenient location right off US 441 and Southern Boulevard Dedicated onsite management and maintenance What We’re Looking for in a

Maintenance Supervisor Candidate:

Great people skills and a desire to provide residents an exceptional residential experience through superior in-person service and quality maintenance management Thoughtful leadership skills to foster a supportive and productive onsite team environment A minimum of 1 to 3 years of leadership experience as a Maintenance Supervisor A strong working knowledge of all aspects of multi-family property maintenance HVAC experience and certification Proven experience managing staff and multiple projects Experience with working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and various industry-related software platforms. Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Ability to maintain a “can do” attitude to ensure the property’s success Willingness to work weekends/holidays in an emergency situation Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment
