Manufacture Maintenance Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars West Palm Beach, FL 33405 The Senior Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of our manufacturing facilities, with a strong focus on uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial and process manufacturing environments, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Salary:

80k – 100k (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily facility maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and structural repairs. Develop, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and development. Coordinate equipment design, upgrades, installations, and modifications in collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams. Plan and execute capital improvement projects, including facility expansions, renovations, or reconfigurations. Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, local building codes, and industry-specific regulations related to cosmetics manufacturing. Manage maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and regulatory adherence. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, EHS, and quality control departments to support overall business objectives. Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and incidents; lead incident investigations and develop preventative measures. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities or maintenance management within a process manufacturing environment; cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food production industry experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Proven experience in managing maintenance teams, projects, and contractors. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and utilities (boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.). Skills & Competencies Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CMMS or other maintenance tracking systems a plus. Able to develop and maintain SOPs, incident reports, training documents, and maintenance manuals. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
