The value you’ll bring to the team: Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment in good repair. Manages staff in performing hospital PM and CM program. Responsible for the facilitation of repair and maintenance of all plant machinery, HVAC, electrical systems, fire equipment, alarms, switches, and sensors. Ensures maintenance is recorded in accordance with schedules. Responsible for placing orders for items necessary in the maintenance and repair of the facility.
