As an Installation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver five-star One Day Bath installation experiences, creating lasting impressions for our customers. In this role, you can expect to: Effectively lead a team of installers to achieve revenue targets for the branch with quality and customer experience as a priority Ordering material for each job Support a team of lead installers and installers to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing sustainment training as needed. Visit job sites to engage with customers, address concerns, and mentor employees. Train and develop new installers or lead installers as needed. Run job closeouts and job completion reports Collaborate with other installers on the same job site, and to support them or provide guidance as needed.
