Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Maintenance / Janitor Lead to oversee janitorial operations for a client’s HOA community. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of maintaining the cleanliness and safety of various common areas, while leading a small janitorial team. The position is located onsite and involves hands-on cleaning duties as well as supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation across all common areas.
Supervise and support the janitorial team, assigning and monitoring daily duties to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain cleaning standards, safety procedures, and manage supply inventory effectively.
Regularly inspect facilities and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Assist with cleanup and preparation for HOA events to ensure all areas are presentable and welcoming.
Respond to management and resident requests promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
2+ years of janitorial experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks as required.
Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and team members.
Successful completion of a background check is required.
Required Work Hours Monday through Friday, first shift, with an 8-hour daily schedule. This position requires working during the day shift to ensure the community is maintained to high standards. Benefits

Additional Details The pay range for this position is from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with a full-time expectation of 40 hours per week.
