The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance and oversee repair contracts and procedures on a multi-residential property. High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 years’ experience. Knowledge of general maintenance including electrical and plumbing required. Prefer HVAC and/or electrical and plumbing certification.
