We’re looking for the best to come work with us at our Nationally Branded Automotive Repair Shop in North Lakeland Florida. If you’re a hard worker who understands the importance of a good work ethic you might just be a good fit to join our growing team. We are looking for service writers, service managers, and store managers. Automotive Service team positions requires someone with at least 5 years of experience in a busy shop atmosphere. It’ll be hard work, but you will be compensated if you’re meeting your weekly sales goals.

Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to listen and understand concerns
• Serve as communicator between customer and technician, ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and ability to communicate the needed service/repairs are understood by the customer.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Ability to successfully manage sales goals
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
• Team mentality
• Ability to follow our Values and Culture
• Be punctual and understand the importance of consistency
• Hard worker with solid work ethic.
• Must be able to pass a background check, and drug screen, and have a clean driving record
• Parts expertise is a must have, to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of previous experience in automotive service management
• Strong knowledge of suspension, brake repair, gas and diesel engine repair, and transmission systems This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Service writer to join our team and grow.
