What you will do… We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, specifically within our bakery division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and experience in food manufacturing processes. What sets your team apart? Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance crew, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including logs of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities. Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment needs and ensure efficient operation of bakery processes. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and materials, ordering as necessary to ensure operational efficiency. Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices within the maintenance department. Who you will work with… Operations, Shipping/Receiving, pretty much the entire facility What you bring to the table… High school diploma or equivalent; GED 5+ years of experience in maintenance It would be great to have… Technical degree or certification in a related field preferred. 5 + years of experience in maintenance within the food manufacturing industry, with a focus on bakery operations preferred. Proven experience managing a maintenance team and leading projects effectively. Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to manufacturing. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $76,200-$109,600 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
