is hiring for a Lead Maintenance Technician in the Charleston, SC area.
JOB ROLE/SUMMARY
Technicians who have a general knowledge of and skill set to be able to perform any of the following actions. Finish carpentry, drywall patching, painting, any type of flooring such as tile, carpet tile or VCT. Acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware, concrete repair. The applicant must be willing and able to work some night shifts and be on call for 1 week approximately every 2 months or so. •
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH A GOOD DRIVING RECORD
– Will have access to a company vehicle

MUST HAVE GED
;
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
•
BASIC TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS
(able to operate tablets/phone)
•
BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF POWER TOOLS/SAFETY WHEN HANDLING THEM
•
BASIC MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE
•
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
•
PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
•
CAN FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTION
• Warehouse is based in the Summerville area.
• Ability to travel daily between work sites. Summerville, Charleston and Columbia areas.
