Job responsibilities are:

Managing the company tool room Signing out tools that the guys need each morning Check the tools that were signed out back in when the guys return in the afternoon Keeping inventory of consumable items in the tool room Send broken tools out for repair to the appropriate company and ensure their return once repaired Keeping the property edged, weedeated and mowed using our equipment (as needed) Maintaining the lawn equipment Pressure wash equipment (as needed) Must be a self motivated person who does not need to be micro managed, who can be given a list of things that need done and get them done in a timely manner. Must know how to properly operate lawn equipment Must have general knowledge of construction tools Must have a valid drivers license with good driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test, J.P.
