ABOUT THE
ROLEAs a Lead Building Automation Controls Technician here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of building automation systems. You will be accountable for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC, fire, and alarm control systems. Your expertise in building automation controls, including Tridium Niagara systems, will contribute to the overall energy efficiency, sustainability, and productivity of our customers’ facilities.
You will report to the Sr Field Service Supervisor and travel to the customer sites in the Southeast region up to 80% travel. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the performance and functionality of building automation systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, program, and maintain building automation systems, including HVAC, fire, and alarm systems automation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building automation controls. Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure the optimal performance of automation systems. Work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements. Provide technical facilitation and training to customers and field service engineers. Travel 80% in the Southeast region (FL, AL, MS, GA).,
