Compensation:
Starting at $24.00 per hour, Full-Time
This position is responsible for leading the day to day maintenance and up keep of our hotel.
Responsibilities include:
Assistance with the supervision of all elated systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors.
Work with maintenance department to ensure compliance, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, SOP’s as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes.
Prioritize service requests; schedule and monitor the service performed to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and convenience.
The ideal candidate will need to possess strong leadership and problem solving skills and should have some knowledge in HVAC systems management, electrical engineering and plumbing techniques.
