This role is crucial in ensuring that our environment is safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, project management experience, and a solid understanding of industrial maintenance systems. Duties Lead and manage the facilities team to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Attend weekly staff meetings and oversee all bids and contracts Supervise high voltage electrical systems and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Plan and execute facility improvement projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation. Fabricate necessary components for repairs or improvements as needed. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks while ensuring quality control. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in facilities management or a related field. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial maintenance practices. Experience in supervising teams and managing high voltage electrical systems is preferred. Ability to fabricate components as needed for various projects or repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
