What You Can Expect As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will strategically guide the maintenance crew towards achieving plant goals including safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Promote and ensure adherence to safe working practices. Supervise and ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks. Engage in and lead problem-solving initiatives to uplift plant performance. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for addressing downtime incidents. Oversee follow-up work orders to ensure prompt resolution of issues. Handle timekeeping and manage records responsibly. Enhance communication channels across operators and supervisors. Champion workplace safety, immediately addressing and reporting hazards. Maintain exemplary attendance and a clean, safe work area. Fulfill additional responsibilities as required. Prerequisites for Success High School Diploma or GED, with further education in a relevant field preferred. Industrial maintenance experience demonstrated through continued success. Five years in manufacturing, with a proven track record in leadership for at least three years. Proficient in using continuous improvement tools such as 6S and A3. Familiarity with systems like Maintenance Connection and SAP. Proven troubleshooting and strategic planning capabilities. Physical capacity to meet demands like frequent lifting and standing. Flexibility for on-call duties to tackle urgent issues.

Expertise Required:
