Property Maintenance Supervisor AVE Management, LLC 104 Aruba Avenue, Statesboro, GA 30458 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential maintenance, leadership skills, and proficiency in various technical areas including HVAC systems, electrical work, and facilities management. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally to support a safe and habitable property. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to track work orders and inventory. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment, including logic controllers and HVAC systems. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Lead training sessions for maintenance personnel on new equipment, safety procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and minimize downtime. Fabricate parts as necessary using appropriate tools and techniques. Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems and troubleshoot issues. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and facilities management practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Fabrication skills are a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
