Responsibilities:

Assist the Fixed Operations Manager with the Service Department’s daily operations and profitability Assists with training and managing Service Department employees Generate repeat customers and provide resolution of customer concerns Ensures a safe working environment Ensures service process is followed and adhered to by advisors Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Automotive Service Lane Manager or Service Advisor experience is required! Basic automotive mechanical and operational knowledge Highly motivated team-builder, team player, and customer-focused Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Must pass pre-employment screening

Benefits:
