Career Advancement Opportunities A Positive and Professional Work Environment Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing, efficient, and profitable service department Establish clear goals and expectations for service team performance Monitor departmental metrics and develop action plans for continuous improvement Support and train service advisors to drive service lane sales and customer satisfaction Implement and maintain effective customer follow-up processes to improve CSI and retention Ensure service work is completed efficiently and accurately, performing regular spot checks Collaborate with manufacturer partners and maintain compliance with all processes and requirements

Qualifications:

Prior Service Manager or Service Lane Manager experience , preferably in a domestic brand environment Strong financial acumen with a track record of increasing revenue and profitability Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers; CDK and XTime experience is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends Must pass pre-employment screenings Vaden Automotive Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
