A Positive and Professional Work Environment Responsibilities:
- Manage an efficient and profitable Service Department
- Set and communicate clear goals and objectives for The Service Department to achieve targeted performance.
- Oversee and analyze the performance of the service department to identify areas that need improvement.
- Develop action plans to improve performance.
- Train, motivate, and support service advisors to capture the maximum volume in sales on the service lane.
- Develop processes for the department to ensure consistent follow-ups to create and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and CSI.
- Ensure service repairs are performed efficiently and correctly by conducting spot checks on jobs.
- Foster positive relationships with our manufacturer partners.
- Manage the departments in accordance with company and manufacturer requirements and processes.
Qualifications:
- Service Manager or Service Lane Manager experience with proven success in leading and managing a team to meet and/or exceed goals.
- Financial and business acumen and the ability to increase revenue and profits
- A positive attitude, excellent customer service, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work an extended hours schedule, including weekends.
- Must pass a pre-employment screenings.
