Stable and profitable company with an excellent leadership team. We need a Maintenance Manager for their site in Brunswick, GA area who is not only good at driving change and comes with a Continuous Improvement mindset where your strengths are in Maintenance and Reliability. They have good tenured employees, that just need some skill building.
Qualifications needed:
BS degree a plus but not needed with a minimum of 8 years of maintenance and leadership. Experience with CMMS Reliability, TPM programs Must come from manufacturing Experience with performance management, team building and skill development
