• Job Summary
• We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager that is HVAC certified to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of our facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Duties
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC system checks, appliance checks, and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory management
• Conduct electrical repairs and installations
• Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance with mechanical knowledge
• Proven experience in HVAC Repairs
• Ability to maintain logic controllers and use an ohmmeter
• Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Experience supervising maintenance staff is a plus
