The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of hotel maintenance practices. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations. Responsibilities Manage daily maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Oversee facilities management, including HVAC systems, to maintain a comfortable and safe environment. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repairs. Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Coordinate project management tasks related to facility upgrades or new installations. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel maintenance and/or a strong background in facilities management. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
