Maintenance Person Silverleaf Apartments Trion, GA 30753 Part time maintenance position for a well maintained apartment property in Trion Georgia. Job duties would include general repairs and preventative maintenance. Make ready apartments as they become vacant to include maintenance work orders Candidate should know general plumbing, minor electrical , basic repairs. Send resume to be considered. This would be a great job for someone who decided to retire early and would like something to keep them busy. The person would live on the property and a free rent would be part of the pay.
