Maintenance Director Carriage Crossing Senior Living Mt Zion 7493 Mt Zion Boulevard, Jonesboro, GA 30236 The Carriages at Mt. Zion is growing our TEAM and we are looking for exceptional individuals to fill our Maintenance Director position. PRESEVERANCE

The Maintenance Director is required to keep the residence and grounds in good repair in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations; inventory and order maintenance supplies; maintain a clean and safe environment for residents; prepare vacant rooms/apartments for new residents and respond promptly to all repair needs.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs janitorial task and minor repairs as assigned. Maintains records of resident repairs and vendor work performed. Observes problems, concerns, and issues observed with resident’s unit, the building and grounds and communicate them properly. Ability to train.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one-year general maintenance experience. Possess an understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions efficiently
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Safety and fire codes.
OSHA, MSDS
Sheets. A strong desire to help others and compassion for the elderly is a must. If you love to work with seniors and are looking for meaningful job experience; we would love to meet This job requires a high school diploma. A full criminal background check, fingerprinting, physical, and drug test are required.
