Maintenance Supervisor 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Forest Park, GA 30297 Maintenance Supervisor We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified, and CPO certification is a plus. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring our property remains a safe, welcoming, and functional space for residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and support the maintenance team in daily tasks, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Preventative Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and other essential systems.

Work Order Management:
Prioritize, delegate, and complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely, efficient manner.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance practices meet safety regulations, including HVAC and pool operations.

Vendor Coordination:
Manage vendor relationships, supervise contractors, and oversee project completion to meet quality standards.

Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory for all maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment; coordinate with vendors for purchasing and cost control.

Emergency Response:
Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize resident disruption.

Property Inspections:
Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and equipment, identifying areas for repair, improvement, or preventative care.
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- CPO Certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service.
