POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This role will be responsible for the coordination of the facility, refrigeration and asset maintenance functional launch. The position will develop both strategic and tactical solutions to ensure execution of the start-up of new Arcadia facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES 1.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data. 2. Build and develop internal and external working relationships with a focus on cross functional coordination with Operations, Corp Development, Property Management and Asset Vendors/Suppliers. 3. Establish standard SOPs and develop all supporting documentation. To include reference and training materials for end-to-end maintenance processes and controls to include RMP/PSM, CMMS, preventive and reactive maintenance plans for facility, MHE, and mobile assets, and Energy Management programs. 4. Work with site personnel to help with internal process controls to ensure adherence to customer specific SOPs or special handling requirements. 5. Support Operations and local management team with recruiting, onboarding, and training of maintenance management and technicians. 6. Must possess the ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously while working efficiently, effectively, and independently under minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS 1.

Associates Degree or Technical Certification. 2. 7-10 years of direct cold chain (3PL, CPG or Private) experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 3. Previous Management experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment preferred. 4. Direct experience with the start-up of multiple warehouses, concurrently or simultaneously in the cold chain (3PL, CPG or Private). 5. Experience working on and around ammonia, Freon and/or CO2 cascade of trans-critical refrigeration systems. 6. Demonstrated proficiency with Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan regulatory requirements, program implementation, and compliance oversight. 7. Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS applications. 8. Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear. 9. Must be comfortable with various noise levels.
