SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Director Manages the Facility’s Daily and Preventative Maintenance Program by working hands-on within the Facility, including overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of interior/exterior areas. Maintenance Director:
Supervise and support the maintenance staff and ensure they provide efficient, timely and competent maintenance service. Complete daily facility inspections. Recommend the repair or replacement of any interior and/or exterior Understand and adhere to Maintenance budgets. Monitor the maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical equipment in the facility, including but not limited to, water heaters, HVAC units, kitchen equipment etc. Perform and/or supervise various maintenance functions such as installations, carpentry, furnace and air conditioner repairs, filter changing, coil cleaning, plumbing and appliance repairs, drywall and painting repairs, vinyl installation and repairs, minor roof repairs, etc. Control Maintenance storage and mechanical rooms. Responsible for proper use and care of all tools, equipment, and vehicles
