Maintenance Supervisor 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Powder Springs, GA 30127 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our brand new construction property. This role is crucial for ensuring that all equipment, systems, and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of maintenance management, including HVAC systems and logic controllers. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations. Maintain facilities by conducting regular inspections and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Manage repair and maintenance tasks for various equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical systems. Oversee project management related to facility upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs. Experience Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance management is required. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effectively managing teams. HVAC certified, logic controllers, and other mechanical systems is essential. Experience in reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Must have lease up, new construction experience.
