Job Description
Automotive Service Manager Confidential Evans, GA 30809 Overview We are an Augusta-based automotive repair facility seeking a Manager. Must have knowledge of all aspects of shop operations, and be willing and capable of managing a team (including technicians and parts and service personnel).
Responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Directing the workflow in the shop, overseeing a team of technicians Making sure all repair orders are getting closed in timely manner Maintaining good working relations with vendors to provide top service and competitive pricing Leading, coaching, and training all employees Inventory & Facility management Work hours are M-F. This is a highly compensated position.
