We are interviewing candidates to join our team as a Maintenance Production Manager. This person will have remarkable communication skills, an ability to think critically, and a passion for the growth and development of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Routing, schedule and hours management for our maintenance division. Work with Property Care Managers, Horticultural Development Coach, and Customer Experience Administrators to ensure special service requests submitted by customers are completed ongoing. Coordinate job and safety training with our Horticultural Development Coach, continuing to advance the safety and quality of services provided by our crews. Interviewing and hiring production team members. Facilitating twice annual performance assessments with crew leaders and ongoing engagement/field check in’s with our maintenance production teams. Ensure crews have all necessary equipment to safely perform property care tasks, including coordinating repairs as needed. Regularly monitor and report on equipment inventory, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.
Key Requirements:
Scheduling & Routing Expertise:
Have experience in and ability to manage crew schedules, optimize routing, and track hours for the maintenance division, ensuring timely service delivery and efficient use of resources. Experience with Aspire is a big plus.
Collaboration Skills:
Proven experience working closely with team mates to handle special service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth communication across teams. Ability to work alongside a Horticultural Development Coach to drive continuous improvement in safety protocols and service quality.
Safety & Training Management:
Experience in coordinating and conducting job and safety training with a focus on enhancing the safety standards and quality of services provided by crews and inputting information into tracking systems.
Hiring & Performance Management:
Proven track record in interviewing, hiring, and retaining high-quality production team members. Experience in conducting twice annual performance assessments and actively engaging with crew leaders to foster ongoing development and team engagement.
Equipment Management:
Understanding of equipment needs for property care tasks, with the ability to ensure timely maintenance, coordinate repairs, and track inventory to minimize downtime. Ability to assess equipment needs and ensure crews are fully equipped to perform tasks safely and efficiently. Provide proactive feedback and information to the Maintenance Operations Manager of needs/purchases for budgeting and planning purposes. Key Traits for

Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Schedule flexibility will be required based on seasonality, weather, and client timelines. This position does not provide a remote work option.
