Job Duties Include Coordinating plant maintenance operations to ensure product quality and safety standards Keeping track of equipment records, parts inventory and supplies Creating maintenance schedules in a cost-effective manner Scheduling repair work by setting priorities and estimating needs Analyzing and tracking maintenance metrics to identify efficiency and cost improvements Monitoring and controlling maintenance expenses ensuring budget guidelines are met Coordinating and guiding maintenance and production teams Generating reports for management team Requirements Minimum 3 years in maintenance operations, food manufacturing a plus!
