Property Manager Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License required Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor required Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building trades Valid
EPA/HVAC
certification required Own and use basic and tools, as well as utilize basic computer programs to perform tasks Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills
