About the Role In this role you will lead daily functions of material handlingoperations and maintenance for multi-site facilities and ensuresafe working environments. What You’ll Do Maintain a safety-first culture in which CBRE employees returnhome in the same condition in which they reported to work. Plan, schedule, and advise the work of employees and evaluatequality of work. Lead and coordinate the work of employees engaged inmaintaining high speed conveyance systems and other manufacturingequipment. Assist Managers in communicating and accomplishing departmentalgoals and objectives. Participate, in conjunction with Manager, interviewing/hiring,employee training, performance evaluations, corrective actions,and/or terminations. Formulate, disseminate, and communicate work standards and/orprocedures. Coordinate and lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions tofacilitate continuous improvement and developmentopportunities. Provide performance management for team development andgrowth. Plan and monitor appropriate staffing levels and utilization oflabor, including overtime. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent withthe company’s values. Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client andOperations Maintenance team members. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in a technical field (Industrial,Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or 2 years on Client accountrequired. 4+ years of compatible industry experience and/or training anddemonstrated ability leading and coaching employee performance in amanufacturing environment. 2+ years’ experience with preventive/predictive maintenance ofequipment in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skillsand the ability to solve advanced problems in complexsituations. Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, as wellas financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting Proficient Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Word,Excel, etc.) Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and/orschematics. Understanding of predictive maintenance technologies such as(thermography, vibration analysis, and air borne ultra-sound). Proven knowledge of using maintenance systems to achieve worldclass equipment maintenance. Ability to draw upon the analysis of others and makerecommendations that have a direct impact on the company. Ability to travel up to 25% required. Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements includingstooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with orwithout reasonable accommodation.
