Job Description
Lead Maintenance Technician for Multifamily Community Atlanta Commercial Realty Inc Fayetteville, GA 30214 Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and grounds for a 92 unit apartment community in the heart of Fayetteville.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance:
Performing regular inspections, scheduled maintenance, and preventative measures.
Repairs and Installations:
Diagnosing and repairing issues with appliances, plumbing, electrical, heating and air, simple carpentry, and other systems and replacing components as needed.
Work Orders:
Responding to and addressing tenant/manager maintenance requests
Vacant Unit Preparation:
Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
Exterior Maintenance:
Daily grounds clean up
Emergency Response:
Respond to urgent maintenance needs in emergency situations.
Collaboration:
Working with property managers, tenants, contractors, and other personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.
Safety:
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, using proper tools and equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment.
