Peachtree City/Newnan, GA Salary Starting at $125k Days M-F with business needs flexibility salary: $125,000 – $135,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM – 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Responsible for leading the implementation of autonomous, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies. Oversees maintenance operations to ensure timely and efficient repair and upkeep of process, facility, and auxiliary equipment. Key duties include assigning resources for safe equipment maintenance, upholding safety and cleanliness standards, supporting cost reduction and productivity initiatives, and maintaining effective relationships across departments. Builds a competent maintenance workforce focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Tracks departmental performance using key metrics and pursues continuous improvement. Engages in capital planning, new technology integration, and process development. Promotes safety through audits, meetings, and on-site evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing maintenance. Familiarity with lean principles, ISO standards, and demand management. Experience in quality, safety, mechanical or electrical systems is valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ideal candidates demonstrate resilience, collaborative spirit, innovation, and a focus on organizational and personal growth.
