We ask that you:
Come with 5 years of experience as a foreman and/or superintendent. Manage all aspects, train, and mentor a storm and sanitary sewer CIPP rehabilitation crew with the use of steam and water. Can multitask and handle competing priorities between business needs, organizational issues, and sound customer relations. Be able to travel based on operational needs. Must also be able to work overtime if needed. Communicate issues, events, performance, and progress daily to the Project Manager. Have a valid driver’s license or CDL. Understanding of pipelining rehabilitation industry. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, D.O.T. physical and driver’s license check for past 5 years without any suspensions or major traffic violations (D.O.T. requirements). Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift over 50 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Saturday, but some flexibility is required as job duties demand.
