Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all equipment inventory, including tracking, maintenance, and repairs
• Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure equipment availability for projects and operations
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems with equipment
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and supplies for equipment maintenance and repairs
• Train staff on proper equipment usage, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, repairs, and maintenance activities

Experience:

• Previous experience in equipment management or related field preferred
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance best practices and procedures
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and record keeping Travel in the southeast is required up to 25%
