We specialize in Ford and RAM vehicle maintenance and repairs. Now launching in Atlanta, we’re building a team that values speed, quality, and teamwork. The Opportunity We’re hiring a Field Manager to lead our Atlanta technician team. You’ll be responsible for daily field operations, technician scheduling, service quality, parts management, and solving customer problems in real time. This is a hands-on, full-time, onsite position starting at 5:00 AM daily to support early-morning technician deployment. You’ll work closely with the Local Account Manager to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Assign technicians to jobs based on skills, workload, and location (using ShopMonkey). Monitor technician progress in real time and adjust schedules as needed. Prioritize and assign incoming service requests quickly. Solve customer problems quickly and professionally in the field. Maintain a clean, consistent schedule that supports 5:00 AM technician deployments. Submit End-of-Day (EOD) reports summarizing technician activity and schedule adjustments. Perform hands-on repairs alongside technicians during launch phase. Oversee local parts inventory, staging parts and tools for upcoming jobs. Communicate urgent parts needs and inventory updates to the Parts Department. Maintain a clean, organized parts staging area at the Atlanta site. Escalate major field challenges to regional leadership when necessary. Enforce daily safety, documentation, and service quality standards. Use Slack, ShopMonkey, and Google Suite to manage field operations. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience leading field technicians (fleet, automotive, diesel, or service industries). Strong scheduling and dispatching experience. Hands-on technical repair background (Ford and RAM preferred). Confident problem-solver with customers in real-time situations. Knowledge of inventory and parts management best practices. Highly organized and detail-focused. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient with ShopMonkey, Slack, and Google Suite (or similar tools). Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Availability to work onsite starting at 5:30 AM daily.
Pay and Benefits Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 per year (depending on experience). Performance Bonus based on team productivity and operational KPIs.
