Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Atlanta, GA area! The qualified candidate will lead all plant maintenance and assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe and effective use of all resources Supervise and coach all direct reports Ensure compliance to all regulations Direct mechanics in approved maintenance work Assign and inspect all preventative maintenance work orders Assign and track all skills training and development on each maintenance team member Ensure safe work practices throughout the facility Provide leadership in troubleshooting work equipment Report all work through CMMS Familiar with

SQF 2000

Systems Requirements:
