Our customers benefit from much better utilization of their warehouses (up to 70% more pallet storage than traditional rack!), maximized vertical space, improved accuracy in pallet selection, and minimized labor costs and product damage. Over the span of more than 40 years, we’ve grown into a company with 10 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and the know-how of around 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries. Atlanta , United States Job Description The Maintenance Manager is responsible for organizing daily maintenance activities, ensuring continuity of both maintenance and production operations, and successfully executing maintenance-related projects. This role also includes managing and controlling the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations.

Responsible for motivating and ensuring everyone works according to the QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way. Support and comply with the company’s Lean initiatives and continuous improvement objectives. Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes follow QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve technical problems, providing hands-on support to technicians in root cause analysis and problem-solving. Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Manage and follow up on maintenance-related issues in collaboration with the Works Council and the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPPW), ensuring timely resolution and compliance with safety standards. Manages employees within maintenance to maximize motivation and efficiency, and to ensure smooth communication and cooperation. Stay continuously informed about developments and best practices within the QHSE field, actively updating knowledge and skills in line with new industry standards and regulatory changes. Carry out continuous research to discover ways of improving on existing production processes and extend life time of the machines ; utilize cost-benefit analytical techniques Ensure the plant is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition in accordance with housekeeping and 5S standards. Build and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with union representatives to support a constructive work environment and foster a respectful atmosphere on the production floor. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of spare parts to support efficient maintenance operations and minimize equipment downtime. Delegate and assign work tasks to maintenance staff to achieve the plant targets. Collaborate with the Purchasing department to build and improve supplier relationships for spare parts and services, ensuring machine uptime and operational continuity. Conduct employee performance evaluations, providing coaching and feedback to support development and accountability. Foster a well-trained, motivated, and high-performing maintenance team. Ensure the CMMS (Central Maintenance Management System) is fully implemented, regularly updated, and correctly utilized across all maintenance shifts.
