Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned landscape maintenance contracts. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, leading crews, and ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who is committed to the safety and success of their team. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships Oversee scheduling and execution of landscape maintenance services across multiple properties Manage and lead field crews, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality performance Monitor job costs, labor hours, materials, and equipment usage to ensure profitability Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain quality control and identify enhancement opportunities Collaborate with the Division Manager to drive team development and overall performance Prepare and submit reports, job logs, and documentation in a timely manner Qualifications 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or project management, preferably in a commercial setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company
